- Check playlist assignment and schedule windows.

- Clear app cache if storage is full, then pull to refresh in CMS.
Video won’t play
- Use H.264/AAC MP4 or HLS for widest device support.
- Avoid unsupported codecs; transcode via FFmpeg if needed.
